Arrest Made in Burglary Two of an Establishment Offenses in the Second District

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District announced an arrest has been made in reference to three Burglary Two of an Establishment offenses that occurred at the following locations:

 

  • On Friday, August 23, 2019, in the 1200 block of Wisconsin Avenue, Northwest, at approximately 9:45 pm, the suspect entered an establishment and took property then fled the scene. CCN: 19-149-128.
  • On Tuesday, August 27, 2019, in the 5600 block of 14th Street, Northwest, at approximately 3:06 pm, the suspect entered an establishment and took property then fled the scene. CCN: 19-151-826.
  • On Tuesday, August 27, 2019, in the 1200 block of Potomac Avenue, Northwest, at approximately 4:29 am, the suspect forcibly entered an establishment and took property then fled the scene. CCN: 19-152-058.

 

On Thursday, August 29, 2019, 54 year-old Mark John Shubin, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with three counts of Burglary Two.
